The first annual Provincial Grand Lodge meeting for three years is upon us and we know you will be eager to attend this wonderful occasion.

The meeting, as always, is open to all members of Essex Mark Lodges and you will be pleased to see we have managed to keep the cost of the exciting 4 course dinner at a level which is comparable to our 2019 price.
Please download and complete the enclosed dining form and return it as soon as possible. If you are able, please make the necessary payment by bank transfer (details as shown on the booking form) as payment by cheque is costly for us all. If you are not able to process bank transfers, please send your cheque to the address as shown on the form.

It is important that you check the attendee list to ensure your name is there. Members who have indicated that they will be present to receive promotions are not automatically booked in for dining. It is essential that a booking form is completed to ensure that provisions are made for your attendance at the Festive Board.
