Provincial Visit to St. Katherine's Lodge. No. 1026
Saturday, 24th November saw a full Provincial Visit to St Katherine's Lodge at its' meeting place in Eastwood. In a slight change to the programmed visit, the Provincial Grand Senior Warden, W.Bro. John McCann was the senior officer, escorted by the Provincial Deputy Grand DC and accompanied by Officers of Mark Provincial Grand Lodge.
The RAM meeting was relatively quiet, but the mark meeting was to prove the opposite. St Katherine's, a relatively small Lodge, was to welcome and Advance two new brethren. In a night of family ties, father and son, Robert Parsons and Martin Parsons were to be Advanced on the same evening. They are father in law and brother in law to W.Bro. Steve Joslin, the Lodge DC, who was pleased to take the Chair and Advance both into the Lodge. It was a fine Ceremony, emotional, to a high standard and impressively performed by all who had a part to play and enjoyed by all present.
