Saturday 4 November saw the attendance of the Provincial Grand Master, Terence D. Sheern, along with his Provincial Officers at the Northern Star Lodge 2012 meeting in the Wivenhoe Masonic Centre.
At the early hour of 9.00am, the current Worshipful Master along with his Wardens took their seats at the festive table, clothed in bedtime attire, and having confirmed that there was fried bread available for the Provincial Grand Master, everyone present tucked into a most enjoyable cooked breakfast.

Following the breakfast, a presentation of a breakfast tea mug and a pair of napkins emblazoned with the Lodges name and their thanks was made by the Worshipful Master to the Provincial Grand Master.
The brethren retired to cloth themselves in their regalia to witness an Installation Ceremony of W.Bro. Bob Crow into the Masters chair, conducted by the Master, W.Bro. Andy Sylvester.

Having invested his officers, the address to the Worshipful Master was presented by W.Bro. Robin Morley, to the Wardens by W.Bro. John Stannard, the Overseers by W.Bro. Colin Kendrick, and finally to the brethren by the RW. Provincial Grand Master.
The Working Tools were presented by W.Bro. Derek Manister
The Provincial Grand Master concluded the meeting by presenting Grand Lodge Certificates to Bro’s Graham John Ford, Justin John Guilder, John Day, Peter Campbell, Efraim Yehezel Hazzan and Caeleb Thomas Young.
The heavy rain having abated, the brethren left Wivenhoe after a most enjoyable breakfast and meeting, full of good humour.
