Ray McKerron, Past Provincial Grand Senior Warden, has produced a recipe book containing 30 meals for two people.
Ray is a keen amateur chef and during lock-down he was encouraged to rekindle his love of cooking by his wife, Sue.
As Ray says, none of the recipes are original or unique, they are just his 'take' on some classic dishes for two.
All proceeds will go to the Essex Mark Welfare Fund.
